A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Cloud Music help.
How do I import music?
Use Sources to connect Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, choose Files, or open Wi-Fi Transfer. For cable transfer, use Finder on Mac or Apple Devices on Windows, then update the media library in Settings.
How does Wi-Fi transfer work?
Connect your computer and device to the same Wi-Fi network. Keep the transfer page open in the app, enter its address in your computer’s browser, and use the displayed pairing code to upload music. Closing the transfer page stops new uploads.
Can I listen without internet?
Yes. Once music has been downloaded or imported onto your device, you can play it offline. Connecting to cloud accounts and downloading new files still require internet.
How do I use Apple CarPlay?
Connect your iPhone to a compatible CarPlay vehicle or system and open Cloud Music on its display. Songs and Playlists let you browse your imported library. CarPlay requires an iPhone; iPad does not connect to CarPlay.
Does deleting a playlist delete my songs?
No. The Delete Playlist action removes that playlist. Its songs stay in your device’s library and any other playlists.
How do I remove ads or restore a purchase?
Use Remove Ads in Settings. If you already purchased it, use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for that purchase. Apple handles payment and purchase verification.
Can I turn off usage statistics and crash reporting?
Yes. Go to Settings → Library → Usage & Diagnostics. Turning it off does not prevent music playback. Advertising privacy settings are separate; see the privacy policy for details.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us your app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, and the steps that caused the issue. A screenshot can help. Never send passwords, sign-in tokens, pairing codes, or private music files.
Read our Cloud Music privacy policy for details about local files, cloud services, advertising, and optional Firebase usage statistics and crash reports.
