Privacy policy
Personal records and document recognition stay on your device. Optional statistics and text feedback use Firebase. Photos you attach to feedback are sent by email after you confirm. Location-based address lookup uses Apple services.

YU JIXUN develops Thailand Expat Assistant (外籍居民助手), App Store ID 6816998487. This policy describes version 1.0 of this app, including internal test builds. It does not apply the data practices of our other apps to this one. Contact: jhonbelleservice@outlook.com. The app is independent and is not operated by the Thai government or an immigration authority.
Personal records, photos and forms
Profiles and family details, passport information, visa and stay dates, arrival details, addresses, vehicle records, checklists, reminders and personal history are stored on your device. Passport and 90-day receipt text recognition runs on the device using Apple’s frameworks. These images and personal records are not automatically sent to our Firebase project. You choose the information to insert and the photos to keep. When you export or share a PDF, photo or backup, or print a form, the destination or printer you choose receives that content. Your device backup settings can also affect where app data is backed up.
Photos, clipboard and location
The system photo picker gives the app access to photos you select. Camera access, when offered and used, is subject to iOS permission. Address text is read when you paste it for recognition. Location is optional and used while the app is in use for nearby-office distances and obtaining an address. The app does not request background location. Distance calculations use the location on your device; reverse geocoding and maps may send location or search information to Apple. Opening navigation or a phone call uses the map or phone service you choose. GPS coordinates are not added to our usage statistics or automatically attached to feedback.
Optional usage statistics
Statistics are off by default. If you enable Share optional usage statistics in Settings, the app sends a daily summary to the developer’s Firebase project, operated by Google. It includes a randomly assigned Firebase identity, the UTC day, app version, iPhone/iPad device class, and predefined flags for app opening or main sections used. It does not include names, passport data, addresses, saved dates, document contents, currency amounts, selected offices or GPS location. The random identity is pseudonymous, not completely anonymous: it can associate submissions from the same installation. Firebase Authentication credentials are kept in the device Keychain. Turning statistics off stops future sends and clears the app’s unsent daily summary; it does not delete records already received.
Feedback, corrections and support email
Feedback is voluntary and sent when you choose Send. Text submissions can include your message, the selected office or material-guide context, fields you checked, revision information and compact diagnostics: app/version/build, device model, system version, language, appearance and time zone. They are stored privately in Firebase with a pseudonymous submission identity and server receipt time for review and support. Personal profiles, passport images and GPS are not automatically attached. Feedback with selected evidence photos is routed through email, not uploaded as photos to Firestore. The app prepares copies without EXIF/GPS metadata; visible private information in an image is not automatically redacted. You review and confirm sending through your mail or sharing service. Email exposes your sender/contact details and the content and attachments you choose to send to the developer and the relevant email providers. Local unsent feedback drafts can remain on the device until sent, discarded or removed.
Public reference data and service providers
The app downloads public office and holiday reference files from the developer’s GitHub Pages data feed and requests exchange-rate data from Frankfurter. Currency calculations and entered amounts stay on your device; rate requests include currency pairs or historical periods, not your personal profile. Network and hosting providers necessarily receive connection information such as IP address and request metadata. Apple provides system photo, maps, geocoding, printing and sharing features. Google provides Firebase Authentication and Firestore for the optional functions above. Microsoft/Outlook and your selected mail provider handle support email. Providers may process information outside your country under their own terms and policies.
Advertising, tracking and sharing
This app version does not include advertising SDKs, Google Analytics for Firebase or Crashlytics. We do not sell your personal information or use app data for cross-app advertising tracking. We use the optional information described above to provide support, review public reference corrections, understand feature use and improve the app. Access is limited to the developer and service providers supporting these purposes. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect security and legal rights. Reviewed factual corrections may become public reference data; your email address, submission identity, private message and evidence photos are not automatically published.
Backups and security
Manual backups are encrypted with the password you choose, and you select the save destination. We do not receive that password and cannot recover it. A Files or cloud destination may sync independently. Network submissions use HTTPS, and Firebase rules restrict access to feedback and usage records. No storage or transfer method guarantees absolute security. Keep your device and exported files protected, especially documents containing passport details.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them through the app or remove the app and its local data. Exported forms, photos, backups, device/cloud backups and Keychain credentials may remain separately and must be managed through the relevant system or provider. Submitted feedback, support emails and optional usage records are kept for support, reference-data review, security and product improvement while needed for those purposes. They are not configured to expire automatically after a fixed number of days; turning a setting off or uninstalling does not erase them. We delete or de-identify records when no longer needed, or following a valid deletion request, except where retention is legally necessary. Provider backups and logs may have separate retention periods.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can use the core app without optional statistics or feedback. Turn statistics off in Settings; manage location using the in-app switch and iOS permissions; manage notification and camera permissions in iOS Settings. Review or remove saved records and photos in the app, and separately delete exported files and backups where you saved them. To request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing, email jhonbelleservice@outlook.com with the app name and a brief description of your request. We may ask for minimal information, such as the approximate submission date or relevant feedback, to locate a record and verify the request; an email address alone may not identify pseudonymous usage records. Do not send a passport scan or password for this purpose. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to withdraw consent, object, restrict processing, portability, or complain to a data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.
Family records and children
The app is intended for adults managing their own or authorized family records. Only enter another person’s information if you are authorized, including appropriate parental or guardian authority for a child. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information for our optional online functions. Contact us if such information has been sent so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Website and policy updates
fundive.fun is hosted on GitHub Pages and uses Google Fonts. These services receive normal technical request information such as IP address and browser details. These pages do not embed analytics, advertising or a feedback upload form. External destinations have their own privacy practices. We will publish changes here with an updated date; changes in an app version may require a revised policy.
