Check the saved date, reminder choices and notification permission. Notification time is set in Settings using Thailand time. iOS Focus, notification settings and the device state can affect delivery or visibility. The pending list contains future alerts handed to iOS, not a permanent history of delivered notifications. Opening the app or changing dates refreshes the rolling queue.

They are separate fields. Use the dates on your visa and the current entry or extension stamp, respectively. A 90-day reporting receipt does not extend permitted stay. Confirm an unclear date with the responsible authority.

Yes. Review the recognized components, including house number, development or condominium name, soi, road, subdistrict, district and province. You can edit them before saving or generating a form. Location-derived addresses may be approximate.

Use the confirmation or correction controls in the office details. Explain what you checked and when. Selected photos can be sent by email after you confirm sending. Please hide personal information and other visitors’ faces. Submissions are reviewed; sending feedback does not automatically mark an office verified.

Use Settings → Backup & Restore to export an encrypted file. Store it safely; a forgotten password cannot be recovered. Delete personal records or photos through their controls, or remove the app and its local data. Exported PDFs, backups and information already sent to support are managed separately.
